About Our Ministry
Rooted in faith, committed to community care.
CHOSEN FEW OUTREACH MINISTRIES serves Lakewood and surrounding neighborhoods through prayer, practical assistance, and long-term relationship-centered outreach.
"We stand with families until hope rises, stability returns, and faith has room to grow again."
Section 01 / Our Story
Serving neighbors with consistency, dignity, and practical love.
CHOSEN FEW OUTREACH MINISTRIES was established to answer a simple calling: meet people where they are with compassion, truth, and dependable support. On Saturdays near Lakewood community corridors, our volunteers prepare grocery packets, pray with households, and follow up through the week so care does not end after one visit.
Across each outreach effort, we center dignity, consistency, and personal connection. We serve with open hands, a listening heart, and a clear commitment to faith-based community service that neighbors can trust.
Neighborhood Presence
From home visits near Lakewood Boulevard to prayer support along Candlewood corridors, we stay close to where families live and work.
